What is Springboard Pilates?
A Springboard is a wall-mounted Pilates system that uses springs to create supportive resistance. It helps you build strength, improve control, and move with confidence, without feeling overwhelming. It’s just you, the springs, and feel-good, full-body movement.
Allows for a wide range of functional movements, including standing and sitting.

Your 21 days begin on the date of your first booked class, not the purchase date. You have up to 4 weeks to activate your intro offer, so you can buy now and start when you are ready. No pressure at all.
Yes, you can! Our beginner classes are a great way to build confidence as you get started. Our experienced instructors will give you plenty of guidance and supervision to make sure you feel safe, supported, and successful from day one.
First of all, congratulations! Before 16 weeks, you’re welcome to train with us. After 16 weeks, you can continue your classes at Back2Back provided that:

You have a letter from your doctor clearing you for Pilates

You were participating in Pilates up until your pregnancy

You feel well and pain-free to do so

You continue to update the team on how you’re feeling throughout your pregnancy

Absolutely! We have many male clients who love our classes. Our sessions complement other fitness pursuits. We have runners, football players, gym goers, and more. We welcome all genders and fitness levels, and there is a class to suit you.
