Confession: I have only attended a handful of classes but I can already tell I have found my Pilates people. For me, this is proper Pilates - with a focus on slow, strong, controlled movements working specific muscle groups. I still sweat, but it's not a cardio workout.  Instructors are quick to provide alternate moves when an exercise is beyond my range of motion. Fellow attendees are very friendly and there is a good energy in the room. I am a fan!

It’s a wall-mounted frame with springs that give just the right amount of resistance to help you build strength, improve control, and boost mobility. Think of it as a fun, full-body workout that feels supportive, not overwhelming. No moving parts to worry about — just you, the springs, and a whole lot of feel-good movement!

  • Your 21 days begin on the date of your first booked class, so you can purchase now and start when you're ready—no pressure at all!

  • Yes, you can!
    Our Body classes are beginner-friendly and a great way to build confidence as you get started. Our experienced instructors will give you plenty of guidance and supervision to make sure you feel safe, supported, and successful from day one.

  • Firstly, congratulations!  If you have been cleared by your doctor, you can come attend our classes up until 16 weeks, after which we recommend swapping to our small group class. This allows us to modify safely for you, while ensuring you get the most out of your session. Feel free to send your enquiries about these classes to hello@back2backstudio.com.au

  • Absolutely! We have many male clients who love our classes. Our sessions complement other fitness pursuits — we have runners, football players, gym-goers, and more. We welcome all genders and fitness levels, and there's a class to suit you.
