What's a Springboard?

The Pilates Springboard is a wall-mounted apparatus that uses springs for resistance. Unlike the Pilates reformer, it has no moving carriage which  allows you to focus on your own body's movement and stability. 

No moving carriage

No moving carriage, making it ideal for individuals with balance issues or vertigo.

Functional movement

Allows for a wide range of functional movements, including standing and sitting.

Adjust resistance

Easily adjust the exercise intensity by positioning yourself closer or further from the board.

Made for mobility

The Pilates Springboard is designed to support functional movement and allows you to easily adjust the intensity by moving closer to or away from the board. While it can be daunting for beginners, our  physiotherapist-trained instructors  will have you moving confidently in no time!
