Our private sessions are perfect for anyone who wants a more personalised approach, whether you're new to Pilates, returning after injury, managing a specific condition, or simply want dedicated one-on-one attention before joining a group class. You'll work at your own pace, with guidance tailored entirely to you and your body.

What Happens in a 1:1 Session?
Our 1:1 sessions are tailored entirely to your needs, whether that's working through an injury, building confidence before joining a group class, or refining your technique to get more out of your movement practice.
Each session is personalised to you, using a mix of equipment including the Springboard, mat or Reformer depending on what your body needs that day. You'll receive full attention, personalised programming and the freedom to move at your own pace.

Subsequent Sessions: $110
Pack of 4: $400
Physio-Led Consult with Michelle
Initial Consult: $150
